1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nitro Drag Royale ("the Game"), operated via the Telegram platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

"We," "us," and "our" refer to the operators of Nitro Drag Royale. "You" and "your" refer to the individual accessing or using the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use the Game:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • You must have a valid Telegram account.
  • You must have access to a TON-compatible wallet for deposits and withdrawals.
  • You must not be located in a jurisdiction where participation in skill-based gaming with real-money entry fees is prohibited by law.

3. Description of the Game

Nitro Drag Royale is a real-time PvP crash-style racing tournament played through Telegram. Each match consists of 10 players competing across 3 heats. Players earn points by reaching speed targets and choosing when to stop before a crash event occurs. Final standings are determined by cumulative performance across all heats.

4. In-Game Currencies

The Game uses three currencies:

  • TON — The base currency. Deposit TON from your wallet to fund your in-game balance. Withdraw TON back to your wallet at any time.
  • FUEL — Play currency converted from TON. Used to pay entry fees for races. Won from prize pools.
  • $BURN — Consolation currency awarded for finishing 4th–10th. Used for cosmetics and perks. Cannot be purchased or transferred.

5. Entry Fees & Prize Pools

Each league tier has a fixed entry fee paid in FUEL. Entry fees are pooled to form the prize pool for each match. A platform fee is deducted from the prize pool before distribution to winners. Prize pool structures and fee percentages are displayed in the Game before you enter a match.

You acknowledge that entry fees are non-refundable once a match has started. Make sure you understand the stakes before entering a race.

6. Ghost Players

To ensure matches start promptly, empty player slots may be filled by "Ghost Players" — replays of previous real-player performances. Ghost Players do not pay entry fees and do not receive prize pool payouts. Ghost Player slots do not affect the prize distribution among real players.

7. Fair Play & Integrity

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or any third-party software to interact with the Game.
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for advantage.
  • Collude with other players to manipulate match outcomes.
  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Game's systems.

Violation of fair play rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of in-game balances, and permanent ban from the Game.

8. Provably Fair Gameplay

All game outcomes are determined by a server-authoritative deterministic system. Crash points and race parameters are generated using cryptographic methods that can be independently verified. See our Provably Fair page for technical details on verification.

9. Deposits & Withdrawals

  • All transactions are conducted on the TON blockchain.
  • Deposits are credited to your in-game balance after blockchain confirmation.
  • Withdrawals are processed automatically and sent to your connected TON wallet.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion or wallet issues on your end.
  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed in the Game.

10. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and TON wallet. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your accounts due to your failure to maintain security.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, game mechanics, and software associated with Nitro Drag Royale are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to applicable withdrawal minimums and our anti-fraud review process.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
